To efficiently locate the  stock number for any product, begin by adding the desired items to your  online shopping cart. Once your cart is populated, proceed to the  checkout process. On the "Customer Information" page – typically found  as an early step in the checkout flow – direct your attention to the  right-hand side of the screen. Look for a clickable option or link  labeled "Show details." Clicking this will expand the product  information, making previously hidden attributes, including the crucial  stock numbers for each item in your cart.

 No, you can elect to register or continue shopping as a guest without registering. .

 Minimum order value is $10.00, excluding shipping costs. 

Shipping Charges Flat Rate $5.95

You have a full 15 days to return it to the address mentioned on your invoice. 

Relics, Special Terms and Special orders are Non-Returnable. 

Note: Sterling Silver, subject to 20% restocking fee. 

Gold Filled and 14kt Solid Gold non-returnable .

Please be advised that any merchandise returned to us without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be subject to a restocking fee. 

 Sorry, we do not accept international orders, including those with APO/FPO addresses. 

 We exclusively ship to the United States.  

 Unless otherwise specified, most orders will be shipped within 3-12 business days. 

Please be aware that certain products may be shipped separately.

Certain products have unique shipping terms. These include special orders, backordered products, and products that are currently being shipped to us from the manufacturer. Customers can find this information in the product description. 

 We utilize the USPS Postal Service for all shipments, providing tracking numbers for each order.

 Stay informed and up to date with the latest information on your shipments by always using the USPS website. 

Orders over $135.00 will require a signature upon delivery. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

Orders ship from California.   

 USPS and UPS: Delivery usually within 3-5 Days (Estimated).

Some products may ship separately.

Shipping notification go out by email when order is shipped.

Contact us after 7 days of mailing if you have not received your package.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e., missing or invalid apartment/unit number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during holidays, promotional events or any other extraordinary circumstance. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please be advised that we cannot be held liable for stolen package once delivered  sent via the US Postal Services or UPS. Please ensure your address is  secure for delivery.

Once packages are shipped, Kristy's Rosary Parts has no control over the delivery process or time. We are always happy to help research the tracking, but I do not offer refunds for items that are not delivered on  time due to the postal service.

We appreciate your request to combine multiple orders into a single shipment; we understand the desire to streamline deliveries and potentially save on shipping costs. However, our fulfillment system is highly automated and processes each order as a distinct transaction from the moment it is placed. This means every order is individually assigned a unique tracking number, generates its own packing slip, and enters a separate workflow for picking, packing, and dispatch. This meticulous, itemized process ensures accuracy, minimizes potential errors, and allows us to dispatch each order as swiftly and efficiently as possible, providing clear, independent tracking for all your purchases.

 Sales Tax added to all orders ship within California. 

Return postage is paid by the customer - we do not refund the original postage.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, supply lines, fuel prices, duties tax and/or any unforeseen circumstances.

Type errors subject to corrections.

Failed or refused deliveries for any reason (incorrect address, moved away,  changed mind) are considered an unauthorized return and are treated as  such 20% restocking fee. Min $10.00.

Orders under $10 will be cancel and refunded.
